Large Scale Mower

The U.S. Army Regional Contracting Office Bavaria is seeking a single Large Scale Mower with full attachments for delivery to USAG Ansbach, Directorate of Public Works at Storck Barracks, Illesheim, under solicitation number W912PB26QA073. The requirement is for a fully assembled, ready-to-operate machine featuring a 4-cylinder diesel engine with a minimum output of 55kW (74 hp) at 2800 rpm, compliant with Stage V emissions standards, equipped with permanent hydrostatic all-wheel drive and a minimum 50-liter fuel tank, painted Green RAL6018 with 16-inch M+S snowflake tires. The mower includes a 1500 mm cutting width with three blades, adjustable cutting height from 30 to 80 mm, and a ground clearance of 140–190 mm. Integrated systems consist of an air-suspended seat with an integrated joystick and 4.3-inch display, air conditioning, defrosting, and downforce control for front attachments. The unit also integrates a suction sweeper with a minimum 190-liter freshwater tank, 110-bar high-pressure cleaner, and a sweeping width ranging from 1430 to 2300 mm, a V-plough with 1500 mm width and Vulkollan rubber scraper for winter service, and a salt and gravel spreader with a minimum 600-liter capacity and working width of 1.5 to 4.0 meters in RAL 7021 coloration. The contractor must provide one operating manual and one parts manual in both English and German, as well as on-site instruction and demonstration in German for maintenance and operating personnel by technically qualified individuals, scheduled in coordination with the user. The equipment must come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty and be delivered FOB destination. Evaluation will be based on the Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method, with no formal CLIN structure or pricing available at this pre-solicitation stage.
