The Florida Department of Revenue is soliciting a contractor to develop, implement, host, and maintain a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) Learning Management System (LMS) for its Office of Workforce Management. Proposals must be submitted in three distinct volumes: Administrative, Technical, and Cost, with strict page limits and a prohibition on disclosing cost information within the administrative or technical sections. Vendors must be licensed to do business in Florida and registered with MyFloridaMarketPlace to be considered responsible for the award.
