Full Description
Proposals will be evaluated using competitive negotiation procedures and awarded to the offeror(s) whose proposal(s) are determined to be the most advantageous to the University, considering price and other evaluation factors such as service approach, qualifications, experience, responsiveness, and overall value. The resulting contract will be administered by University Police and will not guarantee a minimum volume of work.
The resulting contract will be available for cooperative use by other eligible public bodies and entities as permitted by Virginia law and institutional policy.
