STATEMENT OF WORK FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE/SUPPORT for RELATIVITY RECORDS MANAGER SOFTWARE INCLUDING the E-LOCK/PROSIGNER ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE SOFTWARE COMPONENT 3 JUNE 2008 Description of Supplies/Services/Deliverables: The contractor, Relativity, Inc, of Jonesboro, AR, shall provide requested phone and/or on-site technical support for Relativity Records Manager software including the E-Lock/Prosigner software component currently installed at WR-ALC/PK for a period of one calendar year from date of contract.
