Master Agreement for Building Inspector Combination Electrical Code Inspection Consulting Services PW 10722 Closing Date: 10/28/2026 11:00:00 AM PT Detail: The City of San José (hereinafter “City”), Department of Public Works, is seeking qualified firms (hereinafter “Consultant”) to provide Building Inspector Combination (BIC) electrical code plan review and code inspection services for various City Capital Improvement Program projects. Consultants qualified to provide BIC electrical code plan review and code inspection services (“Consultant Services”) to the City are encouraged to respond to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQu”) by submitting a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) and associated forms (together considered the “solicitation response”). The successful Consultant will enter into a Master Consultant Agreement with the City. Following execution of the Master Consultant Agreement, the City will request Consultant Services on an as-needed basis through individual service orders, which will each include a specific scope of services and the cost for those services.
