Maven Registries Maintenance and Operations RFO

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking a qualified vendor for the Maven Registries Maintenance and Operations (M&O) contract, identified as solicitation HHS0017000. The scope of work involves the support and maintenance of the Maven platform, specifically for the Blood Lead Registry (BLR) and the HIV/STD Integrated System (THISIS). The project is structured into three phases: Transition, Registry Operations, and Turnover. The Registry Operations phase encompasses day-to-day maintenance, availability, and a wide array of domain-specific services, including project management, testing, training, deployment, and application security management. Maintenance services are tiered through a Metal Plan model, allowing the agency to select from Bronze, Bronze Modified, Silver, Gold, or Platinum support levels.
