The 356th Expeditionary Theater Support Group (356 ETSG) is officially issuing Solicitation Number FA5025-26-Q-A005 for the procurement of Organic Scissor/Boom Lifts, previously associated with Solicitation Number FA5025-26-Q-A003. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and represents the best value.


This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). All complete technical specifications, delivery requirements, evaluation criteria, and instructions for quote submission are attached hereto. Offerors must review all attached documents.


Any questions or requests for clarification regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to the points of contact listed below no later than June 24, 2026, at 16:00 Chamorro Time  to allow the Government sufficient time to issue an amendment if necessary. 


This requirement is for procurement of five scissor lifts, model JLG RT3369.
