NBPL-137, Request complete renovation of the bathrooms at 3rd floor, SWRMC. 1. WORK LOCATION: BASE: NBPL BUILDING: 137 ROOM/AREA OF THE BUILDING: 3rd Floor bldg. 137 Restrooms INTERIOR/EXTERIOR: Interior ADDITIONAL LOCATION DETAILS: 3rd Floor bldg. 137 Restrooms 2. LOCATION POC INFO LOCATION POC’s COMMAND: SWRMC 3. ISSUE: Restrooms are old and need to be remodel according to SWRMC 5 year plan. 4. IMPACT: Bathroom will have lots of problems and upkeep to maintain the restrooms. Restrooms are not ADA compliance at this time. This project is listed on client’s FY25 facility project milestone. 5. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Completely remodel restrooms at NBPL-137, 3rd floor to include replacing flooring with new tiles, sink toilets and mirror, paper towel dispensers and new partitions. Remove deep sink in men’s restroom. New partitions shall meet ADA/ABA compliance. 6. FUNDING (Region or Reimbursable): (If Reimbursable funding provide the below information) 7.
