Repair existing wood block floor areas in Building 155 identified on enclosure (1) with permanent concrete flooring (approx. 30,428 SF). The deteriorated wood blocks create a safety hazard and hinder the shops from developing their production areas for waterfront support work. Additionally, during heavy rains these areas may become flooded which causes the woodblock flooring to swell and produce safety hazards and deter shop production. Section 106 EV5 to finalize a wood block preservation plan for Building 155. HABS No. H-496 for Building 155 wood block flooring is provided.
