NCDOC Switchgear Retrofit & Fuel Tank Install

The U.S. Navy, through the Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Carter Machinery Company, Inc. for the modernization of an existing Caterpillar switchgear control panel and the installation of a 10,000-gallon above-ground diesel fuel tank at the Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command facility in Suffolk, Virginia.
