Request the installation of 42" high black metal fence as you enter through GATE # 15 on the corner of Effingham Street and Lee Street and on the other side at Effingham Street and Pennock Street. The fences will start at the end of the concrete walls on each side and end at the cross walks. See attached drawing for details. This is to stop personnel from crossing the street in non crosswalks. This is a traffic safety issue and requires immediate attention..
