Project proposes to repair deteriorated asphalt concrete (AC) and concrete pavement at parking apron Rows 1 to 6 on Hickam Airfield at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH). This project will be completed in two phases, fiscal years FY26 and FY27. Phase 1 will consist of the following: Rows 4 to 6: Civil scope of work includes repairing existing AC and concrete pavement areas, converting portions of the existing AC pavement areas to Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavement for aircraft parking, grading of new AC and PCC pavement to ensure proper drainage of surface runoff, provide smooth riding AC pavement transition, and provide new pavement markings for new AC and PCC pavement. Phase 2 will consist of the following: Rows 1 to 3: Civil scope of work includes repairing existing AC and concrete pavement areas, converting portions of the existing AC pavement areas to Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavement for aircraft parking, grading of new AC and PCC pavement to ensure proper drainage of surface runoff, provide smooth riding AC pavement transition, and provide new pavement markings for new AC and PCC pavement.
