Outdoor-Fit Exercise Systems — Manufacturer of unique outdoor fitness equipment

Master Agreement 101625-ODR is a cooperative purchasing contract between Sourcewell, a Minnesota service cooperative, and Outdoor-Fit Exercise Systems Inc. for the provision of unique outdoor fitness equipment, playground, water play, aquatic equipment, and site amenities. The agreement establishes a solutions-based procurement vehicle allowing thousands of governmental, educational, nonprofit, and tribal agencies across the United States and Canada to purchase equipment and related turn-key services, including design-build, installation, and maintenance. The contract is effective for an initial term of four years, ending December 17, 2029, with the possibility of extensions up to a total of seven years. Under the pricing structure, Sourcewell participating agencies receive a 7 percent discount off the manufacturer's suggested retail price, with additional quantity-based discounts available for larger orders. While the U.S. federal government is not a party to the agreement, the supplier must adhere to extensive federal compliance standards, including the Buy American Act, the Davis-Bacon Act, and various Executive Orders regarding anti-terrorism and equal employment opportunity. Outdoor-Fit Exercise Systems Inc., based in Canada, is required to provide quarterly sales reports and maintain certifications regarding bankruptcy and debarment status to remain in good standing.
