Peer Recovery Support Specialists

The City of Phoenix is soliciting professional services for Peer Recovery Support Specialists under RFP PS-26-0308 to support the Community Assistance Program. The selected contractor will provide staffing and consulting services to ensure continuous coverage across nine Behavioral Health Units, where specialists will respond to 911 behavioral health calls to provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and resource connection.
