Penske Sales, Leasing, and Maintenance Facility Project

The Penske Sales, Leasing, and Maintenance Facility Project is a development initiative by the City of Moreno Valley in California, located within Riverside County. The project involves the development and operation of a truck sales, leasing, service, and fueling facility on a 9.1-acre site. The planned infrastructure includes two buildings, service and wash bays, a fueling island, and 269 parking spaces, 50 of which are designated for regular vehicles, along with various on-site improvements. The project was approved by the City of Moreno Valley Planning Commission on August 27, 2026, following a Negative Declaration prepared under the California Environmental Quality Act. It was determined that the project will not have a significant environmental effect, and as a result, no mitigation measures or monitoring plans were adopted. The project is managed by Principal Planner Regine Kennedy and Project Manager Dale Couture.
