NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for photographic printers capable of producing high quality photographic prints, including start-up kit of ink and paper. It is DND’s intention to issue one (1) Standing Offer Agreement for a one (1) year period, plus four (4) one-year extended periods. Delivery locations are throughout Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Imaging Sections within Canada. The security requirements associated with this requirement is Reliability Status. United Nations Standard Products and Services Codes (UNSPC): 45121716 The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. The Department of National Defence reserves the right not to award a Standing Offer, regardless of the responses it receives. Where this notice and the RFSO differ, the RFSO shall prevail.
