Printing For the Division of Licensing

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is soliciting bids for printing services to supply the Division of Licensing with all requested forms, documents, packets, and booklets, including 28 specific application packets and renewal notices as detailed in Attachment B and Appendix I. The solicitation, identified as ITB DOL 26 27 09, requires vendors to submit firm fixed unit prices for each item, with bid prices inclusive of all services, packaging, handling, shipping, and delivery charges. Vendors must submit a complete bid package including mandatory certifications: Attachment C for lobbying and debarment matters, Attachment D certifying no forced labor was used, Attachment F verifying compliance with Florida's anti-boycott law, and Attachment A for acknowledgment. Non-Florida vendors must also submit an attorney opinion. Bids are due by June 23, 2026, and must be received in sealed packaging via mail, courier, or hand delivery to the designated Tallahassee address; electronic submissions are prohibited. Award preferences are given to certified business enterprises, Florida-produced commodities, and vendors with certified drug-free workplace programs. The vendor bears all risk of loss until formal acceptance by the agency, and payment terms require invoices to be processed after a five-day inspection window, with penalties applying if payment is delayed beyond 40 calendar days.
