Promotional Item Portfolio

The State of Ohio's Department of Administrative Services, through its General Services Division, has issued an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for acquiring promotional items intended for the Ohio Commission on Minority Health. This initiative aims to bolster the commission's outreach and health programs by distributing 3000 zippered vinyl portfolios, each equipped with an organizer panel that incorporates card slots, a large pocket, and a transparent business card or ID pocket. These portfolios, listed under ITEM #85015-D, should adhere to specific dimensions and feature a navy blue stock color with an embossed logo and commission seal. The ink used for printing must be graphite with a navy imprint, ensuring consistency with the commission's branding. The packaging should facilitate ease of distribution, with the items grouped in sets of 25 and properly labeled. The period of delivery is set to conclude by June 30, 2025, emphasizing the need for timely distribution to key locations. Of the 3000 portfolios, 2500 must be delivered to Integrity Moving & Storage in Columbus, Ohio, with the remaining balance forwarded to various health departments across the state, including those in Columbus, Toledo, Dayton, Cleveland, Akron, and Youngstown. Furthermore, the state's artwork must remain unchanged and a laser proof is to be submitted to Angela Dawson at the Ohio Commission on Minority Health before concluding production.
