Proposition 218 Assessment Ballot Proceeding and Benefit Assessment Administrati

The County of Santa Clara is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to conduct opinion research surveys and manage the Proposition 218 assessment ballot process related to its vector control services. If the assessment is approved, the selected vendor will be responsible for preparing the Engineer's Report, maintaining the levy role listing, and filing both the Preliminary and Final Engineer's Reports annually. The project aims to ensure proper administration of benefit assessments for property owners across the county, with the contract valued between $500,000 and $2,000,000. All proposals must be submitted electronically via Periscope Holdings by October 25, 2024, as paper, email, or fax submissions will not be accepted. This procurement is part of the county’s effort to efficiently manage its vector control funding and assessment processes through a single awarded contract with potential subcontractors.
