The Naval Sea Systems Command is soliciting proposals for the Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA) of the USS JOHN P MURTHA (LPD 26), a complex shipyard availability requiring comprehensive maintenance, modernization, and repair work across multiple ship systems.
