The Department of Veterans Affairs, Acquisition Service - Frederick (AS-F) intends to award a sole source award under Public Law 109-461 to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business in accordance with 38 U.S.C. §§ 8127 and 8128 and implemented at VAAR 819.7007.
