The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that the supply and servicing of parts washers, and all necessary equipment including USAF approved chemical cleaning solutions, and are performed at the buildings designated by the 48 CMS Shop, 48 EMS Wheel and Tire Shop, 48 AGE, 48 MUNS Armament Shop, and 48 MUNS MSEM Shop located on RAF Lakenheath and the 100 MXS located on RAF Mildenhall. Services will be conducted in a manner that results in timely, efficient, clean and fully operational parts. The Contractor shall perform services in adherence to the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) will evaluate Contractor performance based on the results required by the Services Summary (SS) and not the frequency or method of performance. It is at the Contractor’s discretion to determine the appropriate frequencies to attain the required level of service unless otherwise stated in this PWS. The Contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, and local laws and commercial standards.

The Government has provided responses to all questions received to date and will not accept or respond to any further questions regarding this solicitation.

The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation FA558726Q0025 is to:


1. Incorporate Government responses to questions received from industry. The questions and answers are attached hereto as "Attachment 4 - Aircraft Parts Washer Q&A".


2. Extend the quote submission deadline. The response deadline is hereby extended to 17 July 2026 at 1300 GMT.


3. Change the Period of Performance (Ordering Period). The 5-year ordering period is changed from "01 July 2026 - 30 June 2031" to "01 August 2026 - 31 July 2031."


4. Update the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to add clarification based on the received vendor questions. The revised document is attached as "Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement_Rev1".


5. Replace the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document and "Attachment 3 - Terms and Conditions" in their entirety to reflect the new Period of Performance dates.


6. No Further Questions. The Government has provided responses to all questions received to date and will not accept or respond to any further questions regarding this solicitation.


All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
