REBID Countywide Floor Mat Services

The County of Merced is soliciting proposals for Countywide Floor Mat Services under bid number 7670. The selected contractor will provide floor mat rental services across various county locations, including the Department of Administrative Services, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services, Department of Child Support Services, and the Human Services Agency. The scope of work includes providing high-quality, slip-resistant mats made of nylon pile on nitrate rubber that meet ANSI/NFSI B101.5 safety regulations. The contractor is responsible for all labor, vehicles, and equipment, ensuring mats are free of defects, have beveled edges for level changes, and maintain a maximum pile height of 1/2 inch to ensure wheelchair access and reduce tripping hazards. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, with a 10 percent local business purchasing preference applied if applicable.
