AI Contract Overview
This solicitation, numbered W50S9F26QA015, seeks competitive quotes for the reconfiguration of existing office furniture and cubicles at a facility in Madison, Wisconsin, under a 100% small business set-aside with a NAICS code of 337214 and a size standard of 1,100 employees. The effort is a high-priority requirement supporting the National Guard and will result in a firm-fixed price purchase order awarded to the most advantageous quote based on price, technical approach, and past performance, though no funds are currently available for award. Quotes must remain valid through September 30, 2026, and the Government reserves the right to award once funds are appropriated and prices are deemed fair and reasonable. The project emphasizes maximizing use of existing furniture components due to budget constraints, though full replacements are acceptable. The provided site conditions and layouts are for reference only and may not reflect current arrangements, making a mandatory site visit on July 28, 2026, strongly recommended for vendors to understand actual conditions and finishes. Quoters must submit a complete, itemized proposal containing labor and material costs, a Unique Entity Identifier and CAGE code, a detailed technical description that confirms compatibility and finish match between new and reused items or demonstrates equivalent quality for all-new components, a clear warranty statement, a proposed project schedule, and a layout plan for furniture and electrical configurations. All submissions must be emailed to the primary point of contact, Scott Homner, with the subject line containing the solicitation number and must not exceed 10 MB. Responses are due by August 10, 2026, and inquiries must be submitted in writing no later than July 29, 2026. Attendance at the site visit requires advance registration by July 21, 2026, and a REAL ID for facility access. The Government may obtain past performance data from CPARS and SPRS without requiring vendors to submit such information directly. By submitting a quote, the respondent agrees to comply fully with all terms, conditions, and provisions outlined in the solicitation.
