Renovate Upgrade MWR Clubs and Food Court Bldg. 261 NSA I

Request FEC preparation of DB RFP and contract award and FEAD construction contract administration for a major renovation of the MWR Clubs and Food Court at B261. Project is approved for FY25 funding and execution with NAF funds via the HQ CNIC NAF Capital Investment Board. Concept sketches attached Club 261 - complete renovate, upgrade and modernize. Replace all finishes floor, wall, demo ceiling soffits. Replace lights. Relocate the bar to the center of the room. Provide new DJ booth and stage location. Build in karaoke\special reservation rooms. Upgrade the entry way from the main corridor. Upgrade finishes in the hallway to the exterior of the building and provide a new pergola\pavilion to extend the bar patron area outside behind the building. Officer's Club - replace all flooring, wall coverings, and ceiling. Provide new lights. Remove wood paneling and half walls and modernize\re-build the bar. Chiefs' Mess - replace all flooring, wall coverings, and ceiling, provide new lights, Remove wood paneling and modernize\re-build the bar. Outer Food Court Corridor - replace all flooring and wall finishes with modern materials Food court dining area\inner food court - replace all flooring and wall finishes to tie seamlessly with the outer food court corridor. Replace lighting in the dining area All areas - adjust fire sprinkler piping to accommodate new work, upgrade electrical and plumbing as needed to support the new scope. Replace existing CHS pipe insulation in areas of work performed to eliminate condensation and dripping in these areas. Rearrange any ductwork and diffusers that need to be moved to accommodate the new work. Desire is to award by EOFY25. If FEC does not have capacity, could this be accomplished with PWD Architect lead with reach back to the FEC?
