WIBF Located on the V: Drive Deliverable: Develop a CAT2 DB-IH package to replace P1, P2, at MANCHE-206 and the CO day tank at MANCHE-178. at NBK Manchester. Requirement: P1 and P2 are the two 4,000 gallon fiberglass USTs buried on the east side of building 206 mogas and diesel station (P1 is for diesel, P2 is for mogas). All three tanks require replacement. The conglomerated oil (CO) day tank is a 6,000 gallon fiberglass UST buried just northeast of building 178. It receives oily waste from vacuum trucks or tanker trucks through a funnel in the ground, which can then be transferred to one of the oily waste (OW) or fuel oil recovered (FOR) tanks. Replacement CO day tank does not have to be located in the original location; alternative locations and configurations may be used provided functionality is maintained. Facility recommends consideration of an AST on the west side of building 178, which could be fed via gravity from the existing funnel on the east side.
