The City of Del Rio will purchase up to three (3) patrol vehicles and one (1) evidence vehicle to be used by the Police Department for law enforcement activities. Bids submitted by qualified vendors must be the standard equipment and model. The City will be accepting sealed bids up until 2:00 PM CST on December 11, 2023. Bids can be mailed, or hand delivered. All bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Electronic submittals are not accepted. This solicitation does not commit the City of Del Rio to award a contract, to pay any costs associated with the submission or preparation of any proposal submitted, or the procurement of the equipment listed. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to consider any other factors that it deems to be relevant to its needs.
