Request for Proposals (RFP) – Auditing Services (FY 2026–2028)

The City of Lindsborg, Kansas, is seeking proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms to provide independent auditing services for fiscal years 2026 through 2028. The selected firm will be responsible for conducting annual audits of all City funds, including those supporting municipal services such as electric, water, wastewater, stormwater, solid waste, ambulance, public safety, recreation, and community development. The firm must deliver comprehensive audit reports and timely management communications to ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with applicable financial standards. Proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 21, 2026, and should demonstrate the firm’s experience, methodology, team qualifications, and ability to meet the City’s specific needs.
