For more information, visit fcc.ca.    RFP CONTACT  Ronke Niagwan   Procurement Manager  Farm Credit Canada   procurement@fcc.ca  RFP SCOPE  FCC currently has a Research Panel Platform that supports the Research and Insights Department.  This department has 3 main functions that are delivered via the Platform: 1. FCC's Vision panel- A research panel of 3800+ primary producers, agribusinesses and food and beverage companies from across Canada.  Surveys are designed, distributed and analyzed through technology 2. Customer Experience measurement (CX)- This used to distribute a series of customer experience surveys to FCC customers.  3. Competitive Intelligence- This is used to distribute surveys to capture information at the time of loan amendment, lost deals and new loans. As part of this RFP, FCC is looking for a Platform that can facilitate at minimum the 3 main functions listed above but also allow FCC to grow the Research and Insights business process. The Platform should provide FCC with full control of panel management, survey design, reporting, and external communication with survey audience. The successful proponent would also assist with any implementation, configuration and/or migration of data from the existing Platform. RFP PARTICULARS  All conditions for Proponent participation are included in the RFP documents.  Duration of Contract:  included in the RFP (may be up to 10 years).  Options: Not applicable.   Estimated Quantity of Goods or Services:  Not applicable.  Timeframe of Delivery of Goods or Services:  Not applicable.    RFP SCHEDULE  RFP Release Date: March 3, 2025  Proponent Questions Accepted Until:  March 17, 2025 at 2:00 PM*  FCC Response to Proponent Questions Delivered Before:  March 27, 2025 at 5:00PM*  RFP Closing Date/Time: April 10, 2025 at 2:00PM*    NOTE: All times are CST – Saskatchewan. The above dates are subject to change at the sole discretion of FCC. Any changes to the RFP Schedule will be communicated to all Proponents via amendment on MERX.    * As part of the evaluation process, Demos may or may not take place during the scheduled tentative period above. This decision will be based on the specific requirements and circumstances of the evaluation.   RFP PROCESS CONSIDERATIONS  This opportunity is covered under the provisions of Chapter 5 (Government Procurement) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Chapter 19 (Government Procurement) of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).  FCC is subject to the Official Languages Act (Canada). Proponents may choose to respond to this RFP in their official language of choice (English or French).  This opportunity notice references a non-binding, competitive RFP, and is not a call for tenders. FCC is not obligated to proceed with the Work described in the RFP Scope and may cancel the RFP at any time.
