FCC's Vision panel- A research panel of 3800+ primary producers, agribusinesses and food and beverage companies from across Canada.  Surveys are designed, distributed and analyzed through technology 2. Customer Experience measurement (CX)- This used to distribute a series of customer experience surveys to FCC customers.  3. Competitive Intelligence- This is used to distribute surveys to capture information at the time of loan amendment, lost deals and new loans. As part of this RFP, FCC is looking for a Platform that can facilitate at minimum the 3 main functions listed above but also allow FCC to grow the Research and Insights business process. The Platform should provide FCC with full control of panel management, survey design, reporting, and external communication with survey audience. The successful proponent would also assist with any implementation, configuration and/or migration of data from the existing Platform.
