Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) seeks to hire an experienced contractor to review and deliver Canada Service Corps (CSC)’s Annual Participant Survey of youth who participated in the Government of Canada’s CSC Program between April 1, 2023, and March 31, 2024. The Contractor will analyze the results of the survey and provide a technical report. In addition, the Contractor will review findings from the previous two annual surveys conducted (2021-2022 and 2022-2023) and provide a section for a brief Trend Analysis of all three years. CSC seeks to continue the activities set out in this statement of work on an annual basis.
Through survey data collection, CSC aims to better understand the Participant’s awareness of service benefits and impacts, civic and community engagement, skills attainment, and volunteering activities of the population of interest. This will enable CSC to continue to inform youth service projects and guide policy development to enhance youth service. More generally, to evaluate the success of the Program in achieving its objectives.
