The California Arts Council is seeking a single qualified contractor for a three-year agreement to provide professional Reasonable Accommodation, Ergonomics, and Training Services. The scope of work includes conducting reasonable accommodation assessments, providing written recommendations for alternative accommodations, and documenting interactive process meetings. Eligible bidders must be based in California and include independent contractors, sole proprietors, partnerships, certified small businesses, DVBEs, and registered 501(c)(3) organizations. Final rankings are adjusted based on Small Business, TACPA, and DVBE preferences. Awarded contractors must maintain specific insurance coverages, including $1,000,000 in professional liability and commercial general liability, and adhere to strict data encryption standards using at least a 128-bit key.
