The HTA is soliciting a qualified contractor to provide a comprehensive range of destination brand marketing services for the Hawaiian Islands within the European Major Market Area. The scope of services shall be limited to leisure travel marketing. Marketing services and activities pertaining to the Meetings, Conventions & Incentives (MCI) market segment are expressly excluded from the scope of this RFP.
