This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


Solicitation number 1240LP26Q0071 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial Services at the Rifle Ranger District of the White River National Forest. The Rifle Ranger District office consists of approximately 7,500 square feet of total floor space, three restrooms each with toilet and sink and a break room/kitchen with one sink and one microwave. The office is a two-story building. The Contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, equipment, supervision, materials, and supplies except those listed as Government Furnished Property, in performance of Janitorial services described herein.  This is a non-personal services contract. Providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.  As such the Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor’s employees.


This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720.  The small business size standard is $22 Million.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
