THIS IS NOT A BID The Department of Financial Services (Department), Division of Risk Management (Division), needs to purchase Risk Management Insurance System (RMIS) claims management software by Origami Risk LLC (Origami Risk). This software will be used for the processing and payment of claims for the State Property and Casualty Self-Insured Claims Adjustment Program (Program). Please see the attached PUR7776 for additional information. Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these services shall provide relevant information no later than September 18, 2026 at 3:30 PM (ET). If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information from prospective vendors, that the services are available only from a single source, the Department will post on the Vendor Information Portal, notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with said vendor pursuant toSection 120.57(3), Florida Statutes.

Offerors must complete multiple certifications including agreement to all ITN terms, truthfulness of disclosures regarding ownership, SEC registration, public official interests, and government financing, and submit a Disclosure Statement of Ownership and a scaled floor plan. Non-governmental lessors must also submit an affidavit under penalty of perjury regarding compliance with Florida’s Human Trafficking statute.
