Update 0002 - The purpose of amendment FA930126Q00130001 is to add clause 52.222-90, post the questions and answers (Q&As) reference (Atch 1 Q_A Sewer Truck Lease FA930126Q0013) and to extend the closing date from May 07, 2026 3:00 PM PDT to May 11, 2026 3:00 PM PDT.
Update 0001 - Question deadline is 1 May 2026 3:00 PST. Questions will be answered via an amendment to be issued 4 May 2026. In addition, if submitting an alternative vehicle please include supporting documentation that demonstrates the vehicle submited meets all the requirements. Alternative vehicles submitted without capabilities will not be evaluated. If submitting a Vactor 2100i brand please state so in your quote.

The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

If submitting an alternative vehicle please include supporting documentation that the vehicle being submited meets all the requirements. Alternative vehicles submitted without capabilities will not be evaluated.
