Update 0002 - The purpose of amendment FA930126Q00130001 is to add clause 52.222-90, post the questions and answers (Q&As) reference (Atch 1 Q_A Sewer Truck Lease FA930126Q0013) and to extend the closing date from May 07, 2026 3:00 PM PDT to May 11, 2026 3:00 PM PDT.


Update 0001 - Question deadline is 1 May 2026 3:00 PST. Questions will be answered via an amendment to be issued 4 May 2026. In addition, if submitting an alternative vehicle please include supporting documentation that demonstrates the vehicle submited meets all the requirements. Alternative vehicles submitted without capabilities will not be evaluated. If submitting a Vactor 2100i brand please state so in your quote.

The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number FA930126Q0013 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the lease of a Combination Sewer Truck, that meets or exceed the Vactor 2100i and salient characteristics.

The requirement is for Sewer truck lease, Vactor 2100i or other brand that meet or exceeds the salient characteristics, for 1 Base year with 4 option years with delivery and pick up.  Must include any potential roadside service needed and regular scheduled maintenance required within rental duration.


 Minimum performance requirements include:


Note: Any alternative vehicles must meet minimum requirements and be of equal size to the vehicle requirements of the Vactor 2100i and have the salient characteristics below at minimum. If submitting an alternative vehicle please include supporting documentation that the vehicle being submited meets all the requirements. Alternative vehicles submitted without capabilities will not be evaluated.
