Failure to meet any mandatory requirement may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive and rejected.Proposers must also comply with all required section headings, sequence, and maximum page-length requirements. Failure to comply with these proposal formatting requirements will result in a ten (10)-point deduction from the Proposer’s total evaluation score.
