Full Description

The proposed action is for the procurement of services to complete the Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR) 2008 customer satisfaction survey which the Government intends to solicit only one source, Pacific Consulting Group, (PCG). The selected source, PCG, was the source for the original 2007 survey. PCG developed the Customer Engagement Survey, disseminated the survey, tabulated the results, and submitted recommendations for improvement plan development utilizing their Net Impressions leverage analysis to identify trends in future years. The 2007 survey is to be considered the benchmark for comparing the results of the 2008 survey. Interested persons may identify their capability to provide these services; this notice is not a request for quotes. However, all capability information received by 14 March 2008 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to issue a competitive solicitation based upon responses to this notice is s! olely within the discretion of the Government and capability information received will be solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Offers shall be received at FISC Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Division, Bldg. 2B, 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111 no later than 4 PM (local time) on14 March 2008.
