This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for St Albert Visitor Economy Study as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).The City of St. Albert is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive Visitor Economy Study. The study will quantify and provide a data-driven understanding of St. Albert’s visitor economy to inform future strategic planning and decision making.The study will identify St. Albert’s primary visitor markets, including visitor origins, demographic and behavioural characteristics, travel motivations, and the experiences and attractions that drive visitation. The findings should provide actionable insights to help the City strengthen and grow its visitor base, and guide investment, event development, marketing, and tourism product development priorities based on demonstrated demand.
