Talent Management System

The San Mateo County Community College District is seeking qualified vendors to provide a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service human resources platform designed to manage the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, faculty contracts, off-boarding, data analytics, and Equal Employment Opportunity reporting. The system must be fully integrated, scalable, and capable of meeting the District’s operational needs across multiple campuses with robust compliance and reporting features. Proposals must be submitted by August 7, 2026, in response to RFP 87014, which was posted on June 30, 2026, and is targeted at state and local government entities under the SLED classification. The contract is managed by the General Services Department and the system must be capable of supporting the diverse HR requirements of a large educational organization in California.
