Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Tokyo, Japan, will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.
This is a firm-fixed-price contract for the Contractor to carry out The Freedom 250 – Taste of America Nationwide Campaign in Japan.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract.
All U.S. Contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective quoters are required to register prior to the submittal of quotations.
It is recommended for oversea Contractors to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to an award of the contract.
This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
