The scope of work involves custom kitting, staging, and integration of multi-component systems, including the integration of Government Furnished Equipment laptops, with delivery in government-specified transit cases such as foam-cut Pelican cases. Additionally, the vendor must manage end-of-lease services, including physical return and verified data sanitization of storage media. Interested respondents must provide their business size under NAICS code 532490, details on held government contract vehicles, and cybersecurity compliance information such as CMMC levels. Submissions are required to be sent via DoD SAFE by December 4, 2026, and must include a cover sheet with CAGE and UEI/DUNS information. Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
