This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b), to IO Studio, LLC for a renewal of a previously negotiated contract.

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b). The FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Contracting Division, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to IO Studio, LLC for renewal of ten (10) seats of LivePerson software with two option years. The contractor has and shall continue with the implementation of the LivePerson product in the recruiting and retention realm, and shall complete the integration of the software and the client/Government website. The contractor has and shall continue to provide mobile engagement solutions through seamless integration with native iOS applications as well as iOS- and Android-optimized mobile sites. The solution shall be fully integrated within the Governments existing LivePerson infrastructure. These services are proprietary to the manufacturer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 51820 and the size standard is $32.5 Million. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a Request for Quote.
