Several Mohave County Departments utilize escrow and title services. The following is an overview of each departments use: Public Works Department's purpose of the real property title search/special limited reports shall be to provide a complete and comprehensive search of properties, meeting the specifications stated herein. The initial assignment will be an estimated one hundred (100) parcels per year, a title search not less than thirty (30) days and not more than ninety (90) days. There is no guarantee either written or implied as to the number of actual real property title searches and/or special limited reports requested per year. Community Services Department oversees the administration of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP3) for qualifying County based residents for NSP3 targeted areas which include neighborhoods in Bullhead City, Kingman, and Lake Havasu City metropolitan areas. Flood Control District acquires properties throughout Mohave County for the purpose of flood control mitigation projects. Treasurer's Office conveys title to seriously delinquent properties to the State of Arizona, pursuant to A.R.S. Title 42, Chapter 18, Article 6.1. Specifically, §42-18263 and requires a limited title search be made.
