Full Description

UMGC is seeking proposals to allow firms an opportunity to present their qualifications, experience, and conceptual approach to providing the order and fulfillment of customized Academic Diplomas, Certificates, and Honorary Degrees for the University’s Graduation Services department (the “Services”). Services are to be provided for the University’s Stateside, Europe, and Asia locations. There is no guaranteed amount of Services requested during the course of the contract.
Technical and Price Proposals are due no later than 9:00 AM ET on October 7, 2026. Please read the directions carefully for electronic submissions to Bid Locker addresses. Proposals are not to be submitted directly to the Issuing Office.
Proposers are to contact the Issuing Office, via email, at eric.pfister@umgc.edu and lisa.dillard@umgc.edu, with their intention of responding in order to be added to the Proposers List.
