USFK TMC Services

This solicitation, issued under the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) Part 12, seeks a commercial, firm-fixed price, single-award contract for Travel Management Company (TMC) services to support United States Forces Korea (USFK) travel operations. The acquisition is exclusively limited to Korean firms, as mandated by USFK Regulation 700-19 and the U.S.-ROK Status of Forces Agreement, and is not set aside for small businesses. Contractors must be SAM-registered with an active status and comply with stringent cybersecurity mandates, including DFARS 252.204-7012 and NIST SP 800-171, and must ensure all personnel with access to DoD systems are U.S. citizens, even if working remotely. All contractor employees must undergo annual security and privacy training, and the company must maintain current employee listings and establish written agreements with subcontractors that grant the Government access to scan their systems and facilities.
