USP McCreary, FY26, 4th Qtr. Dairy/Milk

The Federal Bureau of Prisons at USP McCreary is seeking qualified small businesses to supply pasteurized whole milk in 236.6 ml (8 fl oz) aseptic packages or plastic bottles under a quarterly contract running from July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026. This requirement, identified by solicitation number 15B12026Q00000007 and NAICS code 424430, is a 100% small business set-aside with a size standard of 700 employees, and all offerors must maintain an active SAM.gov registration with current representations and certifications at the time of submission. Milk deliveries will occur weekly as needed, based on orders placed directly by the facility’s Food Service department, and strict adherence to the specified packaging, standard of identity under 21 CFR §131.110, and conventional agricultural practices is mandatory with no substitutions permitted.
