Description of Work: This project proposes to remove all air-conditioning (A/C) systems located at Buildings 26 (FORISL) and replace with a new central Variable Air Volume (VAV) air conditioning system. Existing A/C systems are consisted of split A/C, chilled-water air-handlers, packaged ducted system, and packaged window units. Work also includes replacement of ancillary equipment and devices that are required for a complete and operational system. It shall include, but not limited to, removal and/or installation of refrigerant and condensate drain piping, chilled-water piping, fittings, valves, couplings and controls up to the isolation valves, supply and return ducts, pipe and duct insulation, equipment and pipe supports, drives and starters, controls/thermostats, wiring and appurtenances.
