This project will remove and replace the deteriorated heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system at Building 1341 (B1341) SUBPAC Admin N7 at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii. The mechanical scope of work includes the replacement of two air cooled chillers, two chilled water pumps, first floor central air handling unit (AHU-1), and two AHUs in Rooms 112 and 111/113. The main ductwork from AHU-1 to adjacent Room 116 will be replaced and remaining AHU-1 ductwork will be duct cleaned and external insulation will be reinsulated. Additionally, chilled water piping and ductwork serving Rooms 112 and 111/113 will be replaced. Replace chilled water piping to Room 102 AHU and failed chilled water piping insulation in various areas. The existing direct digital control (DDC) system will be replaced. Interface existing and installed equipment to the new DDC. The electrical scope of work includes removal of the existing power connections, new power connections to the installed equipment, and removal and reinstallation of light fixtures as required for the ductwork re-insulation. The architectural scope of work includes ceiling tile replacements for the ductwork reinsulation and patch and repair work.
