This project will remove and replace the deteriorated air cooled chillers and chilled water pumps at Building 1262 (B1262) Submarine Training Center Pacific and Building 1378 (B1378) Technical Training at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii. The mechanical scope of work includes the replacement of five air cooled chillers, chilled water pumps and associated chilled water piping. Provide N+1 chiller redundancy for each building and right size the new chillers to current and future B1262 and B1378 air conditioning (AC) loads. Update the existing direct digital control (DDC) for the new sequence of operation and installed equipment. The electrical scope of work includes removal of the existing power connection and new power connection to the chillers and pumps. The cybersecurity features scope of work includes connecting the existing DDC to the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Hawaii's (NAVFAC HI) control system platform enclave (CSPE) for cybersecurity of Facility-Related Control Systems (FRCS). The architectural scope of work includes patch work and paint associated with the installed equipment and chilled water piping.
