The Oregon Army National Guard intends on Sole Sourcing a Firm Fixed Price Contract on or about April 19, 2010 to Lane County Fairgrounds to Support the Joint Demobilization and Grand Opening of the Springfield Armory. Due to the size of this event and the time it has to happen, Lane County Fairground is the only available place to complete this function.
